Outstanding ammo, fires groups better than most can shoot. Cleanest surplus ammo I have ever seen.

Excellent ammunition, target grade military ammunition as advertised. K31 loves it, pleasant to shoot.

This is good ammo, but if you want to reload for the Swiss round buy your 7.5x55 Swiss brass from Graf & Sons like I did, it is good boxer primed brass for the price.

GP11 Is easy to deprime justfind some thing to suport the base not the primer like say a vise just cracked open 1/8 inch then find a bolt longer than the case so it wont smack the case that will just fit the neck. fill case with water insert bolt in neck hit with mallet water press will knock it out.

Berdan Primers

I am looking forward to firing this amunition. RCBS has a berdan decaper that is a hook and lever with a pin that easily prys out the primer. The Lee auto prime has enough clearence to feed the slightly larger primers. Graf seams to be out of stock on the primers. The Graf price on boxer brass is fair and it may not be efficent to reload the berdan brass.

Those funny primers

Mr. Osborn, this ammo is, like much European ammo, fitted with Berdan primers. There are Berdan primer removers, like hollow hammers you hit against something, and the primers fall out through inertia. Finding replacement Berdan primers may not be easy, but it can be done.

This ammunition functioned flawlessly in my k31. I took it home and tried to run it through a resizing die. The rod which shoves out the primers broke. I hack sawed the base of the shell off, then sawed the base in half. Rather than having one hole in the middle for the primer explosion to ignite the powder, it has two little holes on the sides. Unless you can pry the primer out of the back of the case, this ammunition is not reloadable. If you are not a hand loader, this ammo is a good choice. If you are a hand loader, get something like Prvi Partizan.

This is the best military ammo I have ever shot!!! I shot it out of a 1941 k31 with a pretty good looking bore. To my amazment it produced 1 inch groups at a hundred yards. This stuff is great!!
