PRICES - Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Errors including descriptive, photographic and/or typographic are subject to correction.

RESTRICTED ITEMS - Federal, State or Local law may restrict some of the products available from Graf & Sons. We do not authorize nor grant the right to purchase products, which may be regulated in your area. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products such as ammunition, black powder products, and reloading components. Persons with a legal disability may also be restricted from purchasing certain items as defined under 18 U.S.C. 922(D)(1)-(9). When purchasing from Graf & Sons, you warrant that you have read this information, are of legal age and fully compliant with all regulations that might apply for any restricted items.

METHOD OF PAYMENT - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, certified checks or money orders. We require the 3 digit CID security number located on the back of the card (American Express- 4 digits on the front) in order to process any credit card orders. When paying by credit card, the shipping address must be the same address as where the credit card statement is mailed. Advanced payment by personal or business checks are accepted but will be held 14 days for clearance. We will also ship COD with payment terms of certified check or money order. There is an additional $9.00 COD charge for each package. Refusal of a COD shipment may result in loss of COD payment option for future orders. NRA and ATA members: send us a copy of your membership card and we will waive the 14 day check clearance option on orders up to $250. After your card is on file, future orders up to $250 may be shipped COD check okay. The COD payment option is not available to first-time customers.

MISSOURI SALES TAX – 7.6% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Missouri.

FREIGHT - Freight is prepaid to the 1st 48 states on regular ground service only except for target load ammo (see below). Orders shipping to AK & HI, or any customer requesting a different ship via than UPS or FedEx ground will pay actual freight & insurance. We reserve the right to ship by UPS, FedEx, commercial truck or Parcel Post. Each order will have a Non-Refundable $4.50 handling insurance charge for Internet orders and a $6.95 handling and insurance charge for mail, phone or fax orders added, excluding AK & HI orders, or any order where the customer pays actual freight & insurance. This charge is per order. If items are backordered there will NOT be another handling and insurance charge. On any refused package(s) the customer is responsible for outgoing and return shipping charges, including hazardous materials fees.

TARGET LOADS - Pricing for target loads that are sold by the case (trap, skeet and sporting clay ammo) does not include shipping. Actual freight will be added to each invoice. Orders for target loads must be on a separate order and cannot include other products. Target load orders will not receive the handling and insurance charge. MINIMUM ORDER - No minimum order required.

BACKORDERS - We accept backorders. Any backorder less than 30 days old will be shipped without notification, unless shipping COD. Backorders for less than $15 will be cancelled. Items placed on backorder are subject to price changes.

RETURNS - ABSOLUTELY no returns on used items, items not in resalable packaging, or without obtaining a Return Authorization "RA" number which expires 30 days after issuance. We do not accept returns on scopes that have been mounted, closeouts, special order products, loaded ammunition, powder or primers. A 10% + $2 restocking fee ($100 maximum) will be charged on ALL returns except those where we have made an error. Any defective merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer. If you have received merchandise in error, please call Customer Service at 800-531-2666, extension 3, or e-mail at customerservice@grafs.com and we will make arrangements to correct your order. No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice. No return items shipped to Graf’s via COD, will be accepted.

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS - We must have a copy of your FOID card on file in order to ship primers, powder or ammunition to Illinois. Please fax, mail or e-mail a copy. This includes all orders where "Ship To" and/or "Bill To" is located in Illinois.

MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS - We are currently unable to ship ammunition and/or components to retail customers in the state of Massachusetts. We value your business and apologize for this temporary inconvenience. This includes all orders where the "Ship To" and/or "Bill To" is located in Massachusetts.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We do accept orders from international customers. All freight is billed to the customer. We will normally ship via Parcel Post, Air Parcel Post, FedEx or Freight Forwarder. Due to shipping regulations, it is impossible to export small quantities of ammunition, powder, primers, solvents, aerosols or other cleaning chemicals. A Department of State export license is required to export rifle & pistol ammunition & components. Some other items such as scopes, shotshell ammunition & components, & gun parts may also require export licenses to certain countries. On any order under $1000 requiring an export license, we will charge a $50 processing fee. Please contact our International Sales Department at export@grafs.com with any questions or comments.

LOT NUMBERS - If you request a specific lot number on ammo, powder, etc, there will be a $10 "search" fee regardless of whether the lot is in stock or not. If you request "same lot number" but do not request a specific number, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request with no additional charge.

Your information will be used by Graf & Sons Inc. for the purpose of sending Graf & Sons Inc. catalogs, sales fliers, email specials and other types of advertising material. Graf & Sons Inc. may contact you for any purpose. Graf & Sons will exchange your information with other reputable companies.

Choice two:

Your information will be used exclusively by Graf & Sons Inc. for the purpose of sending Graf & Sons Inc. catalogs, sales fliers, email specials and other types of advertising materials. Graf & Sons Inc. may contact you for any purpose. Your information will not be exchanged with any other reputable company. Graf & Sons Inc. will keep your information strictly confidential.

Choice three:

You may choose to receive no correspondence at all. Your information will not be used for any advertising purpose whatsoever. You will not receive any Graf & Sons Inc. printed catalogs, sales fliers, email specials, or any other type of advertising materials. Your information will not be exchanged with any other company. Graf & Sons Inc. will keep your information strictly confidential. Graf & Sons Inc. may still contact you regarding information needed in the course of normal business such as order confirmations, backorders, tracking numbers, etc.

NRA ROUND-UP - Graf & Sons, Inc is acting as an authorized agent of the NRA solely for the purpose of collecting NRA/ILA Endowment funds. These donations are not tax deductible. POWDER - Purchase 32lbs. Of Any Smoke- less Powder (Must All Be In Stock) & We Will Pay The $20 Hazardous Materials Fee.

AMMO - Purchase $150 Of Ammo, Any Brand, Receive 5% Discount. This Excludes Trap, Skeet & Sporting Clays Ammo Sold By The Case.

$500 PURCHASE - Receive 5% Invoice Discount. This Dicount Is Not Accumulative With Any Other Discount Above. Items With A Selling Price Of Over $300 Will Only Count $300 Toward Discount Level. For Example: If One $500 Item Is Purchased, $200 Of Additional Merchandise Must Be Purchased To Receive The 5% Discount. If Cancellation Of Back- orders Or Returned Items Causes The Order To Go Below The $500 Level, The Customer Will Be Billed Back The Difference. Shot, Sale Items & Closeout Items Are Excluded From This Program.

PROUD SUPPORTER OF THE NRA ROUND-UP PROGRAM - When placing an order, we will ask if you want to "Round Up" your order to the next highest dollar. You may also donate higher amounts.
