unless federal has improved this load, its not worth the money. i've had a VERY bad experience with this buckshot. a few years ago i was hunting whitetails. a doe walked within 35 yards of me and when i shot at her i heard a very faint ''pop'' and the shot fell about 30 feet in front of me. needless to say, the deer ran off and i was upset. i bought some of this same load of another well-known brand and i've been using it since with no problems at all. so, if you are buying some buckshot, i would not recommend federal. in my opinion, federal's rifle shells are great, but not their shotshells. |
