Lapua Brass 30-06 Springfield Unprimed Box of 100

I have used Lapua brass in other calibers - 7.62x54R and 6.5x55 - but not 30-06 until a friend gave me a box of fired CMP ammo that was made with Lapua components. If you reload with attention to detail, using Lapua brass will make a difference. Well, the other reviewers have already highlighted Lapua brass' strong points. I have observed that resized brass needs little or no trimming, although that may have more to do with the die. While for many people it may be irrelevant, the primer flash holes are drilled rather than punched, so no reforming is needed if this is important to you. The brass comes in a reusable plastic box with an included holder you can use to hold reloaded rounds. It's a minor detail, but a useful bonus.

great option for the 06. boring consistency from box to box. primer pockets stay tight after many firings. Wish this brass was available for more cartridges.
