 Cowboy dies

I bought this die set in hope to eliminate a bulge in the case during the expansion step. It did not help. I have tried other brands and they do the same thing. I have also tried a Lyman M die it also bulged the case. That said, I use the Cowboy dies in 45-70 that work very well. I would recommend them. I am going to anneal the 38-55 cases and see if that helps with the bulge.
