Starline Brass 45-70 Govt Unprimed Bag of 100
Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Starline, best brass arround-Grafs the best price

By Vincent m C. on Jul 31, 2019
Starline, best brass arround - Grafs the best price & in stock. Better than any other 45-70 brass I have used in the past, very uniform. More reloadings per case than the rest.

excellent quality, nice price. locally i've seen the price from $1.00 to $2.00 a case. now i'm an old time reloader but that's an awful lot for brass. i can remember buying brass for 6 cents a case. but i guess i'm pretty old now. it kills me to see those youtubers shuck it out on the ground as if it was nothing. there's at least another 25 loads there for each case. heat the necks and they'll go another 25 loads. i want them to box their cases up and send them to me. i'll be happy and they will too.

Great value for the price!

I also bought Starlines nickel plated brass and while this brass was $5-7 cheaper per 100 they were not as consistent however they have tighter primer pockets than Hornady 45-70 brass and are a great value! I also noticed when annealing they took 10 seconds to reach temp while Hornady brass only took 5 seconds. I guess they are tougher, more zinc? Will buy more!

Great brass at a fair price

By Ricky S. on Dec 28, 2018
I have used their brass in .44 magnum, .45 LC, and 45-70. Easy to prep and load. Also not crushed and dented like other companies brass. I averaged a 5% loss with other brands in brass that was so mangled that it could not be saved.

You can turn this good brass into excellent brass, by doing a full prep, on it. I have shot hundreds of rounds using Starline Brass and have never had any problems with it. Thank's Starline and Graf.
