Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Great Brass

I ordered 6 bags and prepped 4 on them. No issues with this brass at all. Shot some loads the brass preformed as expected.

I just received 2 bags of brass

opened the bags and checked all the brass, didn't find one bad case. I have used WW bras in 3 different 45 70 rifles I have and have not had a problem with the fit of the brass or the bullet seating.

Quality control has slipped

I have been using Winchester brass for over 20 years. Until lately they have been the perfect choice for re loaders. The last few bags have been horrible though. On average 3 cases per 50 were mangled so bad they could not even fit in the die. For $ 1.00 a throw this is not acceptable.
