I use these in 6.5 Grendel thru a Ruger American. So far very impressive accuracy. Will make a good deer and hog bullet.

It ( 123 SST 6.5 ) has consistently and accurately performed in all of my Grendels. Bolt and gas guns. It's my first choice in bullet selection for the Grendel.

These bullets are smokin accurate in my 6..5 Grendel gas gun. Consistent 2" or less @ 300yds. Best group to date is 5/8" @ 300 yds. Can't wait to try them on deer.

So happy to see Hornady getting products back on the market when others still seem to be lagging behind. This 123 SST is the bullet to reach for in your Grendel. Very easy to develop an accurate load. I use CFE-223, LeverEvolution, TAC, and 8208 and always come up with a least MOA, and usually well under MOA with very little effort. On game performance has been phenomenal with this little bullet. The speeds at which the Grendel launches it is about perfect for it's maximum performance. It violently and quickly expands causing massive trauma and usually exit leaving total destruction between the two holes. More often than not its a DRT or they make a short death sprint and expire in seconds, leaving behind a substantial blood trail. Over 200 yards and you get the same terminal effect, except that sometimes it won't exit, you'll find it perfectly mushroomed tucked under the offside hide in a quickly expired animal.

Looking at the above comments, I have to say that my fellow shooters really like Graf's Hornady SST 123 grain bullets. Nuf sed bout them.
Graf has a great inventory of the supplies that a shooter needs . Items range from lead to powder, a nice inventory of reloading equipment and last but least, a savy approach to what we, as customers need at a decent price. Good on ya, Graf!

I love these bullets! The Hornady 123 grain SST is the most accurate bullet out of my Grendel. I've been looking for these all over and Graf & Sons is the only one to have them in stock, and the price was right.

These worked geat for deer using 6.5 CM at close and medium range. Higher velocity gives flat shooting with less recoil. Bullet went clear through including passing through a shoulder.

Hornady does a great deal of products well, and many exceptionally well: they are Uber competitive in the bullet arena (ie A-Tip and use of Doppler) and I believe their SST line shines brightly as well.
A 123 gr pill from an AR -15 platform is formidable; I hope to achieve 800 yds with 6 “ groups with these bullets.
Grafs competitive as always on price!

I've used the 123sst, and 123Amax, in both 6.5Grendel and 6.5CM. I've also used it in 6.5-284, but they are a little soft for the velocity that round can deliver.
In the Grendel these are excellent bullets for medium game.
When launched at 2500fps, from my 20" AR they penetrated very well and gave text book expansion.
At 3000 from my 22" 6.5CM, they are more explosive, and shots should be limited to softer hits, due to the reduced penetration.
All of my shots have been inside of 200yds tho, and at longer range and lower impact velocity, I'd expect them to mimic the slower Grendel's performance.

Timely shipping and good pricing. I use it in my grendel and I’m Getting around half minute at 100yards with Benchmark.

Using them to load 6.5 Grendel for an AR with 18” barrel and a CZ 527 with 24” barrel. Initial tests are promising with the CZ, giving slightly less than 1” at 100. I expect it might improve when the optimum load is found. Similar results from the AR but slightly mor3 than 1”. I have yet to use them on any game.

I've been reloading/hunting/competitive shooting for quite some time and I actually believe that Hornady's SST projectile is perhaps the most versatile on today's commercial market.

Shoot these out of a 6.5 Creedmoor that shoots 0.5 moa using match bullets. With these SST’s I get right around 1 moa. Not bad for a hunting bullet. The barrel is a 20” Faxon 5R Gunner barrel.
