Works great in 1-12 twist

By Jeff K. on Aug 11, 2023
Tried these in my 224/24Nosler to see if I would get
Good exits on yotes compared to the 40gr vmax.
Excellent results! They blow thru with big exit hole.
The vmax blow up and don't come out which results in yotes running to far and hard to find.

Great for 1:14 Twist

By Thomas H. on Mar 31, 2023
Bought for my .220 Swift to use on whitetail deer and hogs. Will also make a deer rifle of my .222 Remington with same twist. The .220 Swift is a Ruger No.1 with 26” bbl. loaded to 3800fps on top of Varget. (Not a max load) Contacted Barnes about stabilization of this bullet in 1:14 twist and they added that the 50gr TSX FB will also stabilize with 1:14 twist. Will try both for accuracy and effectiveness on game. Thank you Barnes for remembering slow twist.

Holds together at 430,000 rpms

Launching these from a .22 CHeetah as a fire forming/prairie dog load. Other 55gr bullets turn to puffs of smoke in my 1:7 twist. Not these guys! 3/4” groups while fireforming. 4170fps. Can’t wait to see what it does to p-dogs.
