The Mannlicher-Schoenauer "Stutzer"is the classic full stocked carbine upon which all others are imitations. Ammunition for the Model 1903 is almost impossible to obtain but Graf has not only has the components but quality ones at that. Highest marks for both the item and the service.

PPU is a quality European ammunition manufacturer from my experience, the brass they sell is also top quality. 6.5x54 ms is a fairly antique caliber and hard to find but grafs is a go to source for me to find odd stuff. I’ve also purchased 8x 57 js from ppu and have reloaded it several times with no brass failure or issues so I assume I’ll have the same luck with this caliber. So if you need brass or bullets give em a try.
