Great for Lever Action

Loaded between xx to xx of H110. No appreciable leading.
Accurate on steel at 100 yards. Have not shot paper so cannot comment on grouping size but 8 inch plate 10 out of 10 hits.
I was concerned about cycling in my carbine, some xtps hand up if I am sloppy on cartridge length. This bullet cycles very well within range of tolerances.

Since I haven't yet fired this I can't yet give it 5 stars.
I bought this bullet to get its Brinell hardness of 18 versus those with the typical 12 (linotype is 22) so I could achieve some higher velocities. Being coated also reduces leading. With a flat point it should be safe to use in lever-action carbines. While Lyman 51 ed. uses a bullet with a Brinell of 15 recording velocities in the mid-1400's, I chose a load to achieve approximately 1350 in a 20" barrel. If there's no leading after use, I will increase the velocity.
This bullet seated easily and with case neck tension, and Grafs sold it at a reasonable price.
Excellent bullet and accurate

Reloaded these bullets in .44 Special.
I got tight groups at 25 yards with no leading after shooting 100 rounds.
The bullets are great and economical.
Highly recommend them!

Very nice coating on the excellent hard cast bullets. Yes they are "smashers",shoot very well out of my Ruger carbine.
