SHOOTERS WORLD POWDER RELOADING GUIDE

This guide provides load data and info for each powder. It gives a nice overview of what the characteristics of each powder is for and how it has been used. Also what it has been substituted for. As with all data start low and work up. I have been loading for almost 50 years and cases, powders and primers are often different from batch to batch. That is why they sell large jugs of powder, so you have the same batch.

I have been reloading for about ten years now and have used a bunch of different powders for my loads. I have seen Shooters World powder on a few sites before and wanted to try it out but during the covid years it was hard to find. At least with this guide I will have a better idea of which powders to try out first. Who knows, it may even end up being one of my go to powders.

I ordered one of these as this powder has piqued my interest in using it, this is a good manual with good load data . There are some cartridges that could use more data but it is workable. As soon as I need some powder I am going to try some of this powder because of this manual.

Though I have not used this brand of powder, one never knows where they might run across it these days.

The data is a little on the sparse side, lacking information like, test barrel length primer(s) used. As well there are some common use bullet weights and cartridges that are not to be found. However, the pamphlet is offered free and so is quite worth the price paid.
