The CX™ (Copper alloy eXpanding) bullet from Hornady represents the most advanced monolithic hunting bullet on the market. Its optimized design offers extended range performance, greater accuracy, high weight retention, and deep penetration.

  • MONOLITHIC COPPER ALLOY BULLET:  One-piece copper alloy won't separate and delivers devastating terminal performance, deep penetration, and 95% weight retention.

I've been using Hornady bullets for years in many different rifle calibers and have never had one problem with any of them. The CX bullets are a quality bullet at a decent price, don't be afraid to try them. As always Grafs ship fast.

Loading these for a 280 AI. Shoot great. I tried them over 3 different powders. Grouping about .5” with low ES and SD’s. Need to order more!

Very good accuracy for a mono bullet. So far accuracy is very promising with a couple of 5 shot groups being sub minute. Running an 8 twist barrel in 280 AI. No load data available from Hornady yet as of 10/10/2022. Used lower charges from hodgdon and Barnes data for the 150 tsx.

So far very impressed with this bullet. Held a very tight group while sighting in the rifle. Have not used it hunting as of yet.
