ROLLSIZER POWER DRIVE for COMMERCIAL ROLLSIZER

The Power Drive is a bolt on upgrade to your commercial rollsizer that increases throughput and makes the processing very quiet. The Power Drive is fully compatible with all commercial rollsizers. It bolts on to the front of your rollsizer using the existing gearbox mounting holes (no disassembly of your rollsizer required,but you will need a metric allen key......The power drive connects to your existing case pusher using the existing bolts, Its a simple 5 minute installation. the linkage to the case pusher is adjustable using the various holes drilled in the drive wheel.
The variable speed controller can be dialled in to suit your casefeeder performance, but at top speed will process 10,000+ cases per hour and will exceed all, but high performance commercial grade casefeeders.
The new power drive is very quiet and removes the need for bolts and levers and simplifies the calibre conversion, yes, the old system works reliably) but the new power drive is very fast and very quiet and is great for those late night processing sessions ( and not wake the family ....). The power drive is supplied with a wall mounted power supply and plug adaptors to suit USA, European and Australian power sockets as standard. The power supply is a VERY high quality unit and is fitted internally with an Automatically resetting overload protection for the power supply. No more messy fuses etc.
