For use with RCBS Neck Expander Die body. Strongly recommended when reloading cast rifle bullets in bottleneck cases. In one step, a neck expander die expands the case neck and slightly flares the case mouth, critical for accurately seating bullets without shaving lead and bullet weight from their sides. Includes: expander plug only. Neck Expander Die and Plug Rod sold separately.
