  • Rebate checks are valid for 60 days from the issue date. No substitutions, replacements, or extensions.
  • Rebates will be processed within 10-12 weeks from the date of submission. Please allow time for verification and mailing.
  • If a rebate submission is lost, misdirected, or incomplete, Norma USA is not responsible. We recommend online submissions for tracking purposes.
  • Fraudulent submissions, including altered documents or false claims, may result in legal action under U.S. mail fraud statutes (18 USC Sections 1341 & 1342).
  • Norma USA reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify purchases and eligibility.
  • Illegible, incomplete, or duplicated submissions will not be processed.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, rebates, or discounts.
  • Norma USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this rebate offer at any time without notice, provided such changes comply with applicable laws.
  • By submitting a rebate request, participants agree to these terms and conditions and waive any claims against Norma USA related to lost, delayed, or denied rebates.
  • Any disputes arising from this offer shall be subject to resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with hearings held in a mutually agreed-upon location.
