As a 6-volt tactical light system, SA2 LED is pre-configured with a high power white LED primary light that is electronically regulated to sustain maximal brightness at 100 lumens for 90 minutes. LED is shockproof against weapon recoil. It has thousands of hours of lifetime which means it will not burned out requiring bulb replacement during the most critical time. The light source is protected by an anti-scratch tempered glass lens and is maximally focused at factory for achieving the greatest distance and center brightness. This exterior is resistant to abrasion and corrosion, improving its overall robustness. By eliminating the remote cord, SA2 LED is activated with preconfigured TC3 Momentary Tactical Switch Tail-Cap. The pentagonal shape tail-cap can be twisted to constant-on or positioned for momentary activation by the raised rubber button. Our oversized rubber button is firm for direct momentary activation of the light. The pentagonal shape button also improves tactile feedback. The tail-cap can be reversed to safety lockout position to prevent accidental switch-on. All connections are sealed with double O-rings for fail-safe protection against water leakage. Its ease of activation through forward momentum by the operator, and together with a secured and adjustably-tight mounting system has made the SA2 an excellent rifle-mounted tactical light for operators of SWAT to members of special operations.
