Hornady’s all-metal Blackpowder Powder Measure features a non-sparking aluminum hopper and brass metering unit. Designed specifically to meet the safety needs of handloaders working with blackpowder, its features include an aluminum hopper that won’t develop a static charge, unlike plastic hopper units. When working with black powder, it’s critical to avoid static electricity and any kind of sparking.  The near-2000th-of-an-inch tolerance eliminates binding of powder between the frame and drum for smoother operation with coarse black powder.  The all brass metering unit is graduated in common black powder volumes.
