Solid metal frame is easily attached to blocks with slotted screws. Hardwood handles provide a cool secure grip. Designed to provide uniform grip with different mould blocks. Double-cavity handles (for all current Lyman two-cavity and single cavity moulds).

The right Lyman tool for Lyman 2 or 4 cavity mold blocks

If you attach 2 cavity mold blocks to 1 cavity Lyman mold handles everything looks just fine. You can even pour bullets but many will drop out with small lead flashing around the bullet seam. Reason: mold block don't exactly close properly. Look closely and you'll see a wee bit of daylight between mold blocks.
If you use this excellent Lyman product with your Lyman 2 or 4 cavity mold blocks, bullets will always drop out without any flashing.

I got a Lyman 30 caliber mold for Christmas. I tried fitting several other brands of handles on the new mold, but none fit correctly, even though they “should have” worked.
I bought a pair of these Lyman mold handles, and not only do they fit the new mold perfectly, they fit a 60 year old Lyman mold passed down to me from my father. That’s the way all products should be.

Mold handles work well

I always get a new set of handles for each mold, though you don't actually need to if you have other molds with handles for each. The handles are well designed, work well, have good functionality, etc.
