Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedule

For U.S. orders and shipping with Graf & Sons, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. Freight is prepaid to the Contiguous 48 States on regular ground service only except for target load ammo (trap, skeet and sporting clay ammo sold by the case). Orders shipping to AK & HI or any customer requesting a different ship via than UPS or FedEx ground will pay actual freight & insurance. We reserve the right to ship by UPS, FedEx, commercial truck or Parcel Post. Each order will have a Non-Refundable $12.95 handling insurance charge for Internet orders and a $14.95 handling and insurance charge for mail, phone or fax orders added, excluding AK & HI orders, or any order where the customer pays actual freight & insurance. This charge is per order. If items are backordered there will NOT be another handling and insurance charge. In order to keep shipping costs down, we reserve the right to ship backorders via our method of choice. On any refused package(s) the customer is responsible for outgoing and return shipping charges, including hazardous materials fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, but if something isn't correct, let us know. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. For all returns, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment at 800-531-2666, extension 3, or e-mail at [email protected] and we will make arrangements to correct your order. We will process your return and issue you a Return Authorization Number. ABSOLUTELY no returns on used items, items not in resalable packaging, or without obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number, which expires 30 days after issuance. No returns on used items or items not in resalable packaging. We do not accept returns on scopes that have been mounted, clearance, special order products, loaded ammunition, powder or primers. A 10% restocking fee ($100 maximum) will be charged on ALL returns except those where we have made an error. We'll gladly accept returns for any Graf & Sons order upon receiving your items within 30 days of the Invoice date (some Exclusions apply see our full Exclusions List). We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.  

  
To return product to Graf & Sons, please follow these instructions: 
  
1. Contact Graf & Sons to receive your Return Authorization Number. 
2. Repack merchandise.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return. Credits will be issued according to the method of payment when the order was placed. (example: credit card orders will be applied back to the credit card; Open Accounts are credited on the account; Cash orders will be credited with a check)  We will notify you once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution can take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

Return Exclusions

No returns on used items or items not in resalable packaging. We do not accept returns on opened Leupold scopes, scopes that have been mounted, clearance, special order products, loaded ammunition, powder or primers. A 10% restocking fee ($100 maximum) will be charged on ALL returns except those where we have made an error. Any defective merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer. If you have received merchandise in error, please call Customer Service at 800-531-2666, extension 3, or e-mail at [email protected] and we will make arrangements to correct your order. No return items shipped to Graf’s via COD will be accepted.  Special orders are non-returnable.   Any excluded items that are returned will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.

International Shipping

We do accept orders from international customers. NOTE: We require a $250 minimum order. All freight is billed to the customer. We will normally ship via Parcel Post, Air Parcel Post, FedEx or Freight Forwarder. Due to shipping regulations, it is impossible to export small quantities of ammunition, powder, primers, solvents, aerosols or other cleaning chemicals. A Department of State export license is required to export rifle & pistol ammunition & components. Some other items such as scopes, shot shell ammunition & components, & gun parts may also require export licenses to certain countries. On any order under $1000 requiring an export license, we will charge a $50 processing fee. Please contact our International Sales Department at [email protected] with any questions or comments. 
  
Graf & Sons is able to ship to APO/FPO addresses, however these packages are subject to the import laws of the country in which the APO/FPO is located, as well as US State Department laws and regulations regarding the export of controlled goods. If you would like to receive our products we can ship to a stateside military base (or other address) that is not an APO/FPO address. 
  
If you are a dealer outside of the United States and would like to order from Graf & Sons, please send us a copy of your dealer's license or re-seller's permit (subject to approval).  If you are not a dealer, but you know one in your area, please take this information to them. Ask them to send us a copy of their business license and we will send them the necessary information.

Two ways to search for an item:

Search for a product by typing its description or item number in the search bos at the top of most grafs.com pages and clicking on the "Search" button.

 

To narrow your search, choose a category to the left to search within by clicking on the drop-down menu next to the search box. Once you reach a page that lists the products in your desired category, you can search within these products, or sort them, to find something of interest. When you find an item of interest, click on the "Add to Cart" button to place it in your Shopping Cart.

Password Reset

For security reasons, grafs.com requires a password for signing-in to your account. If you have forgotten your password or to reset your password, click on the forgot password link. Once there, you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.  A password reset message will be sent to your email address, allowing you to set your account password to whatever you'd like.  If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact Customer Service to reset your password.

Forgot Password/Requesting a Password

View Purchase History

Sign into your account, select the account drop-down box, and click the "Order History" link to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to see the history for. Once your order has left our warehouse in Missouri, the order status will appear as "Processed." In most cases, when you select USPS or UPS Ground shipping, you will get your order within a week after it has left our warehouse. Ninety percent of grafs.com orders are shipped from our warehouse in Missouri within 1 - 2 business days (it may take longer for weekend orders).

Customers signed up for the G-Blast Email are the first to know about the latest product additions and discounts. The G-Blast is sent to our Customers periodically and features the newest products and best prices on select items from our entire product line. NOTE: You must be signed up for this email type to be eligible for our periodic deep-discount promotions and to be the first to know about our limited supply, one time offer or special buys.

In-Stock Product Email Notifications

With a web account you can sign up to be notified by email of when we have items back in stock. Just be logged into your web account (or create one) and go to the page of the product that you would like to be notified about, under the Availability section there is a link on the page that says, “Email me when back in stock.” Just click that link and it will send a message to the email address on file when we get the product in. These send out at 11am CT and 4pm CT starting on the day we received the item back in stock, oldest notification requests first.

To see your list of In-Stock Notification requested products, be logged in to your account and expand the account drop down. Choose "Subscriptions", you can view the list and remove/unsubscribe from items you no longer want to receive a notification about. Once the item is back in stock and the in-stock notification email sent out, your request has been fulfilled and the item is removed from your list. To get another notification about the product's in stock status, you must sign up again on the product's page as you did previously.

Our stock is replenished on a monthly or weekly basis depending on the particular item and brand. Since our real-time inventory system is tied directly into our website, you'll always know whether the item you're looking for is in-stock. You can check the availability of a product while viewing browsing/search results, or on any product page.

Hazardous Materials

Powder, primers & liquid cleaning chemicals over 1 quart, will be charged a $23.50 hazardous material fee per package. Maximum gross weight per package is 40 lbs of hazardous material (some exceptions may apply). We can mix brands in one package. Minimum order for powder is 4 lbs. Minimum primer order is 1000. On any backordered hazardous material, you are responsible for the $23.50 hazardous charge. No individual powder containers over 8 lbs. can be shipped. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped US Mail.

Any hazardous materials (primers, ammo) shipped via air will be charged a $140 hazardous materials fee per package. These Limited Quantity classification items (powder and any type of aerosols, oils and solvents) cannot be shipped via air. Primed hulls, primed brass and ammo do not require a Hazardous Materials fee for ground shipping.

Hazardous Materials require an adult signature for delivery. ID may be required at delivery for proof of age. In the event that the package is not delivered after 3 attempts or refused, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges including Hazardous Materials fee.

 

Due to changes in UPS and FedEx shipping policies, packages cannot be over 50 pounds gross weight. Before this policy change by UPS and FedEx the gross box shipping weight was 70 lbs. This will change and limit hazmat packages considerably.  We will have to limit shipments to 40 pounds gross weight of hazmat materials to allow for overpacking the products. We understand that this is a big change for all of our customers and we will do our best to get as much in one package as possible.

Firearms

All firearms & frames must be purchased by a licensed FFL dealer. An originally signed copy of the dealer’s license must be on file. No payments for firearms accepted from anyone other than a licensed FFL dealer. Handgun purchases must be shipped Next Day Air.

Illinois Customers

We must have a copy of your FOID card and valid driver’s license on file in order to ship primers, powder or ammunition to Illinois. This includes all orders where "Ship To" and/or "Bill To" is located in Illinois.

How to Order

The shopping cart, which can be accessed by the link in the upper-right corner of most grafs.com pages, is the area where you can put the items you'd like to purchase while you shop. To put an item in your shopping cart, browse our categories by clicking a tab near the top of the screen or search for an item by typing it into the search box and clicking on the "Search" button. When you find an item of interest, click on the "Add to Cart" button to place it in the shopping cart. Once your cart contains all of the items that you would like to purchase, click on the "Checkout Now" button to finish your order.

Your card will not be charged until the order ships from our facility.

First Time Customers with orders over $500 may require a copy of your photo ID.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, certified checks or money orders. We require the 3 digit CID security number located on the back of the card (American Express- 4 digits on the front) in order to process any credit card orders. When paying by credit card, the billing address must be the same address as where the credit card statement is mailed. Your card will not be charged until the order ships from our facility. If using a Pre-Paid Credit Card (Visa Gift Cards etc.) please keep your card until you receive your order, in case there are issues processing the card.

First Time Customers with orders over $500 may require a copy of your photo ID.

Advanced payment by personal or business checks are accepted but will be held 14 days for clearance. We will also ship COD with payment terms of certified check or money order. There is an additional $17.50 COD charge for each package. Refusal of a COD shipment may result in loss of COD payment option for future orders. NRA and ATA members: send us a copy of your membership card and we will waive the 14 day check clearance option on orders up to $250. After your card is on file, future orders up to $250 may be shipped COD check okay. The COD payment option is not available to first-time customers.

Placing Online Orders

If you have a grafs.com account set up, enter your email address and password in the Login Section and click the login button. Choose your payment method, fill in the billing address for the credit card (this will auto-fill from your account by clicking the check box “Billing address is the same as my mailing address”). If you are entering a new address for an APO or FPO shipment, pay special attention to the instructions on the right. Select your shipping method; remember Graf & Sons pays the freight on standard UPS/FedEx Ground shipments. Tell us where you would like us to ship your order (again, will be auto-filled automatically from your account by clicking the check box “Shipping address is the same as my mailing address”). Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary changes. Click  "Place Your Order" to finish the order process. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address used when setting up your account. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email at the time your order (or a portion of it) is shipped. Your card will not be charged until the order ships from our facility.

First Time Customers with orders over $500 may require a copy of your photo ID.

NRA "Round-Up"

Graf & Sons participates in the NRA "Round-Up" program that raises funds to support the NRA/ILA National Endowment for the Protection of the 2nd Amendment. 

Every Graf & Sons customer has the opportunity to “round-up” the total of his or her purchase to the next highest dollar. This amount is sent to the NRA where it is put into an Endowment.

Only the interest from the Endowment is used, so the total continues to grow each year.

Sales Tax

Due to a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision we may be required by your state to collect sales tax. This may include State, County and City Tax. The tax collection requirement by each state is unpredictable. We may not always be able to warn you in advance when this happens, but we will comply with the law if your state demands that we collect sales tax from you.

Change of Delivery Address

Graf & Sons will no longer permit our customers to change a delivery address once your shipment has left our premises. If you need an alternated delivery address or change of delivery address once a package is shipped, please call 800-531-2666 and we will give you assistance.

Backordered Items

We take backorders as a service to our customers. Backorders are subject to price changes due to manufacturer’s cost increases to Graf & Sons. You will be notified if your backorder has a price increase and given the option to ship or cancel.

In order to keep shipping costs down, we reserve the right to ship backorders via our method of choice.

If an item is out of stock and backordered, products will ship to you as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer. You will be contacted if delivery date is greater than 30 days or of a price increase as noted above. Additional fees may apply if multiple shipments are needed (hazardous materials, postage — when applicable, etc.).

 

As of Jan 27, 2021, due to unprecedented order volumes, we are Temporarily Suspending Backorders. During this time, we will be focusing on getting in-stock orders processed in a timelier fashion. Backorders currently in the system will be processed normally.

Non-Hazardous Shipments normally have an Indirect Signature Required for delivery. All Hazardous, Air shipments, and shipments of $1000 or more will have an Adult Signature Required for delivery.  All Non-Hazardous Ground Shipments between $500 and $1000 will have an Adult Signature Required as part of the Handling & Insurance Charges (No Additional Charge).  For Non-Hazardous Shipments under $500 there is an Optional- Adult Signature ($5.25):  To help ensure that your package will not be stolen, misplaced or left in the hands of minors.  This requires that an adult of at least 21 years of age is available to sign for your order upon delivery. When adult signature is purchased you must be home to receive your package.

Hazardous Material

Hazardous Materials cannot be shipped via US Mail.

Powder, primers & liquid cleaning chemicals over 1 quart, will be charged a $23.50 hazardous material fee per package.

Any hazardous materials (primers, ammo) shipped via Air will be charged a $140 hazardous materials fee per package. Air Haz is shipped only by UPS.

International Shipping & APO/AP Addresses

We do accept orders from international customers. NOTE: We require a $250 minimum order. All freight is billed to the customer. We will normally ship via Parcel Post, Air Parcel Post, FedEx or Freight Forwarder. Due to shipping regulations, it is impossible to export small quantities of ammunition, powder, primers, solvents, aerosols or other cleaning chemicals. A Department of State export license is required to export rifle & pistol ammunition & components. Some other items such as scopes, shot shell ammunition & components, & gun parts may also require export licenses to certain countries. On any order under $1000 requiring an export license, we will charge a $50 processing fee. Please contact our International Sales Department at [email protected] with any questions or comments. 
  
Graf & Sons is able to ship to APO/FPO addresses, however these packages are subject to the import laws of the country in which the APO/FPO is located, as well as US State Department laws and regulations regarding the export of controlled goods. If you would like to receive our products we can ship to a stateside military base (or other address) that is not an APO/FPO address. 
  
If you are a dealer outside of the United States and would like to order from Graf & Sons, please send us a copy of your dealer's license or re-seller's permit (subject to approval).  If you are not a dealer, but you know one in your area, please take this information to them. Orders shipping to AK & HI are charged actual freight & insurance. Ammunition and primers can NOT be shipped via USPS, these items must be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS and the Air Hazardous Mat fee ($140) is imposed when selecting this method. Powder can only be shipped via freight forwarder to Alaska and Hawaii.  We reserve the right to ship by UPS, FedEx, commercial truck or Parcel Post. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, but if something isn't correct, let us know. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. For all returns, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment at 800-531-2666, extension 3, or e-mail at [email protected] and we will make arrangements to correct your order. We will process your return and issue you a Return Authorization Number.

ABSOLUTELY no returns on used items, items not in resalable packaging, or without obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number, which expires 30 days after issuance. We do not accept returns on Loaded Ammunition, Powder, Primers, Scopes that have been Mounted, Clearance Items or Special Order Products.

A 10% restocking fee ($100 maximum) will be charged on ALL returns except those where we have made an error. We'll gladly accept returns for any Graf & Sons order upon receiving your items within 30 days of the Invoice date (some Exclusions apply see our full Exclusions List). We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.  Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
