REDDING 375 WINCHESTER FL 3-DIE SET
Product Information
Redding dies are made of the finest alloy steels obtainable and machined on Hardinge Super- Precision lathes capable of holding the tightest tolerances in the industry. To maintain tolerances and guarantee that your dies will last a lifetime, all Redding dies are heat treated in atmospherically controlled furnaces. Finally, your dies are hand polished for smooth, flawless functioning, go through final inspection, and are ultrasonically cleaned and packaged. The die box is a handy cartridge loading block and storage package. Inside is a spare decapping pin, hex wrench, and even a place for your shellholder (sold separately). All Redding dies use the industry standard 7/8-14 threaded bodies. Die sets for straight wall cases contain three dies: a full length resizing die, an expander die with neck expanding plug, and seating die with built in crimp ring and the proper seating plug. Die sets for bottleneck cases contain two dies: a full length resizing die and seating die with built in crimp ring.

Great 375 Winchester reloading dies
By Josef W. on Nov 19, 2022Most of my other dies have an expander in the sizing die, these have a separate die for sizing and expanding, so the brass looks a little funny after being sized. Just run them through the expander die and voila. Something I learned with the 375Win is that most of the dies will size for a 0.375" jacketed bullet (0.372" for neck tension). If you are loading cast bullets, you will need a different/additional expander die that opens the neck and mouth a bit more to 0.375" for a 0.378" bullet. From my understanding, all the makes of dies (except custom) will be setup for jacketed bullets.
If there is a single fly in the ointment here, its the seating/crimp die. It too is setup for a jacketed bullet. Larger diameter cast bullets (0.378"+) will not work, so its a good thing I have a couple of different sets that I can use to seat my oversize cast bullets.
My barrel's grove diameter is 0.378" so I use a minimum of 0.379" (up to 0.381").
Anyhow, I really like the quality (precision of the fit and finish) of the Redding reloading dies. Hope this review helps. Be safe.
