Good Quality workmanship

I like the sprue cutter design, and the overall finish is very good. Keep a wooden mallet handy for shot ejection. It takes a long session to accumulate a large quantity of pellets, but the savings over buying this type of commercial ammo makes it worth it.

This mold is nicely machined and the quality is obvious. It's also of the new design with steel alignment pins and bushings which should last a long time. That said, the shot doesn't fall from the mold as easily as I would like, even after thoroughly cleaned and smoked per the instructions. Keeping the lead as hot as possible helps. Remember that once the shot is cast you'll also need to cut cut apart with a pair of side cutters in a bucket so it doesn't fly all over the man cave. Don't forget to order the handles.
