Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Hornady .300 Savage brass

I recently purchased a Savage 99 in .300 Savage. I searched the internet and gun shops without success for ammo or loading components for months. Finally I found Hornady brass at Grafs. The brass is well made and consistent. It loads well and has restored this old rifle to a "shooter". Thank you Grafs for keeping these great old cartridges alive!

I load for about thirty different weapons. I find that the Hornady brass is very consistent and easy to load and reload. I have used thousands of pieces of Hornady brass and have never come up short in the piece count or had any issues with it.
