Barnes' specially formulated CR-10 bore cleaning solvent effectively removes copper and powder fouling. This aggressive bore cleaner quickly loosens and lifts heavy copper deposits left by jacketed bullets as they pass through the bore. Leaves rifling clean for better accuracy and longer barrel life. CR-10 bore cleaner is non-corrosive and won't harm barrels. Offered in 2 and 8-ounce bottles.

first time I used it. after the first rifle I had to clean all of them. I did not realize how dirty my rifles were I thought I was getting them clean all these years , great cleaner.
Does what it claims and what it should do

I used up my 2 oz bottle and went for the 8 oz. Follow the instructions and it produces a clean bore without fear of eating the stock finish or your skin. If the patches come out blue you repeat until they come out clear - then wipe down with a protectant oil.
Just remember to leave it sit a minute to work before wiping the bore. And note they recommend a Nylon bore brush.
