Dillon's CV-2001 Vibratory Case Cleaner is the largest in the industry. Its 12-1/2 quart bowl capacity will allow you to polish up to 1,300 .38/.357 or 550 .30-06 cases per hour. Not only is our capacity greater, but our motor is larger in horse power, internally cooled, thermally protected, and turns on precision ball bearings. This is no "hobby" machine! The bowl and base are constructed of 7/32" thick injection molded high-strength polypropylene which is impact and abrasion resistant. All the electrical/electronic components of Dillon equipment are covered by a one-year warranty from date of purchase.

Vibratory Case Cleaner Dillon CV-200

This is by far the best improvement to mine reloading equipment! I've increased my reloading production compared to my previous smaller case cleaner.
The build quality is amazing!
I see myself using this Dillon CV-200 for a very long time.

Dillon CV-2001 case cleaner

This is a big cleaner. The bowl measures 15 1/2"
in diameter, 5 1/2" deep. It will use 1/2 container
of Lyman Tuffnut treated walnut media, about 9#.

I started it up on 500 .223 cases and these were done
in about 4 hours. No resizing lube, inside case neck
carbon, or primer pocket residue left. There was
capacity for more cases. Next time, I'll check it after
3 hours, it goes that quickly.

Great product by Dillon. This is a second one purchased to add capacity to my operation. They run without protest on 12 hour timers, cleaning maximum loads of brass for competitive shooting.
