Almost perfect experience

This is more a review of Graf's service than of Dillon's case feed plate. We all already know that Dillon makes a good product.

I placed my order on 9/10/2020 with the knowledge that shipping was delayed 7-9 days due to high order volumes. Good job to Graf's for being upfront and transparent on that. My order arrived 11 days late on 9/22, more or less when I would expect it to. My only gripe is that I never received a shipping notification or a tracking number, the order just showed up.

I was happy with the experience overall and will definitely go business with Graf's again (their $10 flat shipping rate is very nice), I just hope to get a tracking number next time.
