Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Forming seemed pretty consistent to saami specs. Water weights were pretty consistent.

Each piece of brass was perfect. No trimming and needed to be neck sized only.

The quality of this brass is at least as good as Nosler brass, which is the only other brass available in this caliber. Measured runout on the unfired Hornady brass was .001 or less. Weight averaged about 10 grains less than Nosler. Capacity of the unfired cases was within 1 grain of Nosler cases, but the Nosler cases were FL sized compared to Hornady unfired. Will compare capacities after firing the Hornady brass. Good stuff if you ask me, and way cheaper.
