The Caldwell Universal Brass Catcher S.A. is the perfect tool for any reloader or conscious shooter. This expended brass catcher conveniently fits onto bolt-action and semi-automatic rifles to allow you to focus on shooting, rather than worrying about where your brass is landing. When the bag is full (100 rounds of .223) simply use the zipper on the bottom of the bag to empty the casings into your desired container and keep shooting.

The construction of our AR-16 does not allow for proper installation of the UBC. The brass may or may not fly into the netting. We solved this with a tie-wrap which holds the unsecured end in place.
On our Bolt rifles it worked as intended, no tie wrap necessary.

This is my second brass catcher. Not because the first one was bad, but because I liked the first one so much. I don't have to chase down brass. Also, with the zipper bottom, when shooting at a counter/table, I can just unzip the bottom and let the brass fall into a coffee can. This also works on my Kel-Tec Sub2000 in addition to my AR's

Great design with velcro straps to mount on retro AR handguard instead of the receiver. Swing-out feature can be used to clear jams & comes in handy. Highly recommended.
