Product Information

Berger's new 22 caliber 85.5 Grain Long Range Hybrid Target® Bullets feature an improved center of gravity and ballistic coefficient. Utilizing advanced and proprietary manufacturing processes, our new innovative Meplat Reduction Technology® (MRT) System applies controlled pressure along the projectile nose, producing a homogeneous and repeatable bullet profile for the industry’s most consistent Ballistic Coefficients (BC). While a high BC is desirable to competitive shooters, shot-to-shot BC consistency is critical when engaging targets to 1,000 yards and beyond. Berger’s ballistic coefficients are all Doppler-radar verified with standard deviation unmatched by all other manufacturers.

85.5 grain Berger

By Jake K. on Dec 15, 2022
I have not shot any yet that will have to wait till summer. I have been sorting through and I’ve gotten through about 1500. Base to ogive they’ve all been within .005” and I’ve only found one with a small dent on the ogive. Other than that it’s a good looking bullet. I’m very excited to see what they do on target

Long Range Accuracy

By Larry S. on Nov 10, 2020
Have been using Berger 90 grain VLD bullets at 1000 yards. These give a long range accuracy option and are comparable in quality. Use the one that your rifle prefers.
