Are you receiving in product from manufacturers?

Yes, we are receiving some product in-house on a regular basis. High-demand items with backorders may never show as “available” on our website, but we are filling backorders and shipping these products every day. Once our backorders are under control, when we get in items, they will show as in stock on our website.


When will a specific product be available from Graf & Sons?

Graf & Sons carries thousands of products and hundreds of brands. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock, or during the crisis we are currently having, out of stock for a while. Our stock is replenished when we receive the shipments from the manufacturers, normally this would be on a monthly or weekly basis depending on the particular item and brand, but during the current shortage of items there is a longer time before we are able to get product. Since our real-time inventory system is tied directly into our website, you'll always know whether the item you're looking for is in-stock. You can check the availability of a product while viewing browsing/search results, or on any product page.


If I order in-stock product today, when will my order ship?

Current processing time for ground orders with in-stock product is 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders with hazardous materials (powder & primers) are delayed 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. This is subject to change as we continue to process the amount of orders in our system.


Why do hazardous orders (powder and primers) take longer to ship than other orders?

Due to the additional handling and packaging required for each haz package, they take a little extra time. But we are shipping as many as possible each day.


An item I want is out of stock. Can I get notified when it comes in stock?

Yes, log into your online account (or register an account), go to the particular product you are watching, and click “Email me when it’s back in stock”. When you receive the email, go to the website and place your order.


When is my credit card charged?

We “authorize” your card for the amount at the time you place the order. That charge should show as “pending” on your online reporting, but will fall off of the reporting after a few days. Funds are not taken out until right before shipment.


Do you accept backorders or pre orders?

Yes - On Select Products. On Jan 27, 2021, we Suspended all Backorders, please bear with us as we add back the option to Backorder on select items. If the item is out of stock and has an Add to Cart button, it is able to be Backordered or Pre-ordered.


Can you ship my order complete?

Ship completes are impossible at this time because of product availability.


What if my order has several haz items that are out of stock? Can you hold those orders so I don’t have to pay multiple hazardous materials fees?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold these orders either. While we realize you do not want to pay multiple hazardous materials fees, we cannot hold incomplete orders in our warehouse waiting on product.


Where’s my tracking information?

Tracking emails are generated just before orders leave our facility. If shipping UPS/FedEx, the email should come from them.


I live in Illinois, how do I send in my FOID card information?
