Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Starline 6MM ARC Brass

The 6mm ARC, or Advanced Rifle Cartridge, is essentially a shortened 6.5 Grendel that has been necked down to 6mm. The ability to load high BC bullets to magazine length in an AR-style rifle makes this efficient little cartridge an excellent choice for long range and target work. It also has the ability to shoot lighter varmint bullets as well as having enough velocity to achieve proper bullet performance with many hunting type bullets suitable for deer size game. The 6mm ARC makes an excellent choice for those looking for a low recoil, flexible option in AR’s and in bolt action rifles without much downside. Several manufacturers are offering complete AR-style rifles and many more are offering barrels. Bolt action and single shot rifles and pistols are also available in this cartridge.

I have loaded many different calibers of Starline brass and have found it to be better than some brass offerings from other makers. No loose primer pockets. This being said be sure to at least neck size and check your over all length before loading. As always Grafs ships fast.

I've always had excellent experiences with Starline brass. It seems to be consistent and tough brass with lots of reloads in it.

Starline brass is top quality and great value vs. more expensive brass brands. Way better than Hornady brass.

Picked up a couple batches of the Starline to see how it performs. Found the alloy a little harder than the Hornady. Primer pockets snug after first firings & I find the necks with a lot of spring back after the first firing. We'll see how they hold up.

Have not had a chance to load any of this brass yet but appears to be of excellant quality and saves me trying to make casings out of 6.5 grendel.
