CT Ballistic Silvertip bullets are aerodynamically efficient, impact extruded, boattail designs made expressly to maximize long-range bullet stability and accuracy. In varmint weights they are constructed for instantaneous, violent expansion on varmints. In hunting weights, jackets have been thickened and cores hardened to blend generous expansion with judicious penetration-ideal for light and medium game at extended ranges.

I have had exceptional luck with these for the past 20 years. Once firing 2-3 rounds from a clean barrel, the Lubilox coating lightly covers the bore and extremely consistent POI afterward. Slightly better accuracy than the non-coated 150 gr Ballistic Tips. Only complaint is regarding Nosler: they change the ogive whenever they feel like and do NOT change the part number. If you have a specific clearance you need from the lands, I recommend checking the first bullet from each box (unless same lot numbers) for correct seating depth to maintain distance from lands.

In my option this bullet does its best beyond 100 yards. Hitting heavy bone on deer size animal at 60 yards this bullet will come apart. I have using this bullet for several years with great success.
