ATHLON ARGOS BTR 10-40x56 GEN3 ABLR4 SPFP MOA

This is the first Athlon scope I purchased. I wanted something in a 1/8 th click adjustment and high power for long distance varmint hunting and target shooting and not spend a ton of money. I just did a side by side comparisons, with an Arken EP5 GenII 7x35 56mm and a Burris 8x40 50mm XTRII. I will say it is a toss up between the three with clarity of the Athlon in my eyes the best. The turret adjustment clicks are as positive as they come being clean, crisp and audibly clear. The adjustment for power and focus move very well and I like the ample movement on the parallax adjustment. For the money I would say this is an excellent value. I will say it is not a $3k Zeiss or other high dollar scopes but I find this very adequate and I will in the future if this very model is available, purchase one again.
