I have used the dies to size cases. The expansion plug should work at 0.510. Planning on sizing bullets to 0.512 for the 0.510 bore diameter. One may want to slug the bore on antique guns. The right bore, cartridge expansion, and bullet diameters make a great affect on accuracy. This particularly important with smokeless loads. I wish that the die manufactures would offer more expansion plugs in various diameters. Now, just waiting on repair parts, Cannot wait to shoot the original USN 1870 Remington Rolling Block.
