Product Information

Place an overshot card on top of the shot charge just before crimping. Overshot cards ensure flatter, tighter crimps; more consistent load combustion and pellet containment. Besides the benefits of a proper crimp, overshot cards do the critical work of containing pellets within the shotcup during the firing cycle and during the journey through your shotgun's barrel. Recommended for all high performance loads.

I have not actually used these yet, but these hard to find cards deserve a 5 star rating for being available at this supplier, looking good upon arrival in their unopened plastic bags, arriving within a week or less, and fitting well inside a .44 Mag. brass case, thus giving me an idea of how well they will fit inside a .410 case over 000 buckshot once I actually get to reload some. I couldn't find any once fired hulls, so I had to order FACTORY LOADED AMMUNITION to obtain the empty 3 inch hulls, and now I hear it's hard to find Remington 209P primers and Remington SP410 wads as per the recipe I hope to use out of Lyman's 5th edition "Shotshell Reloading Handbook."
