To set these bullets into the bore I use a special loading jag and a small hammer. Once inside the bore I use the ramrod to force the saboted bullet down the bore. I found these bullets require more effort to seat the bullet on top of the powder. I found that with 100 grains of 209 powder I get 1 1/2" to 2.5" @100 yds benched........
