This box is designed around the 223. 50 rnds fit perfectly. The box can not get smaller.

These Berry's boxes have real hinges instead of plastic that cracks in the cold. They're the best if you can't wait 'til spring to go shooting in W-W-W-Wisconsin-n-n-n.

This inexpensive box is the best. The hinges are smooth and will not crack after multiple opening and closing. I color code my supersonic 300 Blk and subsonic.

These ammo boxes are the ideal size in my opinion, both for my reloads in bulk or spacing out a ladder for a chronograph test. Along with being at a reasonable price, especially when bought in quantity, they're well constructed with an actual hinge and a decent latch. I'll be buying more of these with my next order.
Great ammo cases

Berry ammunition cases are unique in the sense that they are basically clear and you can see what is inside them. To me they are ascetically pleasing. They are hinged and open completely. I have ammo cases from the major manufacturers but I find Berry’s to be more practical and inexpensive. One thing that has always irritated me is the peal off label that you attach to your ammo box to identify the load. Many times the label provided by the manufacture doesn’t fit the ammo box or it has to go over all the lettering on the box and it is hard to write on. Berry has a non peal label which you place inside the ammo box. Added to that the flip side is also preprinted and available to be filled in for a different load later. These labels are found on the handgun cases and the 223 case boxes. The 243/308/6.5 Creedmoor has the stick on labels. The quality of the Berry ammo boxes is great and they are really inexpensive when compared to other manufacturers. I definitely decided to change to Berry’s.

I bought these in bulk for the 10% discount (Item #:BY405C). I have other boxes, both hinged and flip-style. I prefer the hinged because they stay open while you are adding or removing cartridges. The see-through top is a bonus, as it allows you to see the projectile without opening the box. They stack firmly and do not slide. I would recommend these to other reloaders or anyone who wanted to store their ammo in a sturdy, easy-to-use box.

This is the best ammo box and with multiple colors you can keep your ammo sorted for different rifles, bullet weights, or max powder charges. Translucent colors mean you can see if the rounds are loaded or just holding brass.

It's great having these boxes in different colors to easily spot specific loads. I hand load a lot of ammo, easily being able to tell which boxes have my 55gn FMJ's, 55 GB BTHP's, or my 62gn Federal Fusion loads is an easy task with these boxes. Great hinges and solid clasps show the great quality of these boxes. I will buy many more because of the quality for price ratio.
