I have a lot of Lee Molds, This One is the First I have had Problems with....Then I figured out how to Run It...I Pour with a Ladle, The Mold and the Melt, Wanna be HOT! Then It Worked very Well!

The Lee mold is of Great Quality, I've owned other lee molds and they produce Good cast balls !

This needs to be run hot. Set my PID to 848 F eventually and it ran well.
After the mould was so hot that it took the sprue several seconds to harden it dropped perfect sets of balls every time. Cast fast in the beginning and just ignore the partial sets. It will work. And they patterned 4.75” 25 feet out of AA hulls with Winchester wads and a HD style Rem.
It works well. Dog nail clippers are perfect for separating.
