Bullet sticks

Bullet sticks to the point where force must be applied to get bullet to move forward and then jamming in rifling. Preventing moving the bullet forward enough to just touch and feel the rifling. Simple lubricant has not been the answer. Working to expand the hold point. Once achieved I believe it will work like my others.
