Note: Does not measure body diameters. This gage is intended to be used with fired cases to determine a basis for full length sizing and trimming.

Great for setting up dies

If you use this with the comparator, it really helps set up FL dies with a precise shoulder bump. This helps improve brass life and accuracy.

These headspace gauges are really nice and work much better than the Hornady product. I find the Hornady gauges are not very repeatable. I'm going to purchase the Wilson micrometer which goes along with the headspace gauges to get an even more accurate reading. The added bonus is that these gauges also let you quickly check your case length..
