Does the trick

I've been working on a 200 grain hunting load for my 30-06. I'd gotten to a good powder charge, so the next thing was to adjust the seating depth. I got my modified Hornady .30-`06 modified case and used it with my OAL Gauge to measure the LANs on my Savage Impulse. Compared to some box ammo that worked well and came up with the final bit of my recipe.
The 3 shot group was less than a half an inch at 100 yards. That's good enough for me.
