The Trap Commander makes easy work of long shots. This may be the slickest wad you'll will ever run through your single-stage or progressive reloading machine. The design even improves final crimps by adjusting to a final "nudge" as the shell is closed, compressed for solid ignition.
The shotcup section holds a 1-1/8 ounce payload. Improved patterns and solid performance make this wad a crossing shot specialist. Great for crossing and handicap trap-shots.

Great for medium to long shots

I have been using the Commander wads in both 12 and 20 ga for many years with great success. I load the 12s with 1 oz of nickel plated 7.5 for the long range targets and NP 8s for doves and pigeons. Superb patterns at mid to long range and super easy loading. These are my long time go-to, favorite trap and (small) bird hunting wads. Try them, you certainly won’t be disappointed.

I was looking for a wad that would give me good long range performance in straight walled hulls and this wad does it! I use it in RIO, Cheddite and Fiocchi hulls with great success. Ahead of Alliant Green Dot powder it yields a tight pattern for handicap trap or long range sporting clays targets.
