LEE DECAPPER & BASE 22 CALIBER

This is a must-have tool for all reloaders to get damaged or mis-seated primers out of .223/5.56 brass being primed. Of course, it will remove primers from regular .22 cal. used brass but reloaders will probably use a die for that. The rod (but not the base) can also work for punching out primers in .30 cases. It may be a forever tool since it is so well-made, so I don't think I will need to purchase another one.
