The item had been changed by the supplier from 3 lube bands to 1 lube band without updating the picture and when I requested a return and refund, it was immediately honored and shipping was provided. Very responsive!

I have been a Graf and Sons customer for two years and appreciate their prompt response to my orders as well as their great prices. As a new 45/70 shooter I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the Missouri 405 grain bullets. When I recently shot them in the Central Florida Muzzelloader State Match they helped me take a FIRST PLACE in the cartridge rifle match. I highly recommend Graf and Sons and the Missouri 405 grain cast bullet.
