Not up to normal Hornady Standards

I reload a LOT. I reload for precision normally to 0.02 gr precision or better. So I am looking for the best equipment. This Made in China item is not worth the money.
I needed the long tube for my new scale so I though I'd try it.
The low speed vibrates, but even with the dispenser tilted, it will not trickle powder. The high speed works (Tilted) but I had to find the add-on kit for my RCBS powder trickler to drop the very fine amounts to bring the charge up to the desired weight.
This true for either ball or stick powder.
Additionally, the base is not very stable. you can separate the powder tower and motor from the battery pack and buttons but that does not really work well. If this was a rotating powder tube it would be much better. I really like most Hornady items but not this one. Much better to have the old RCBS Trickler and The add-on kit.
Maybe if USA made it would work better.
