LEE 38SPL/357 MAG CARBIDE FACTORY ROLL CRIMP DIE
Carbide Factory Crimp Die sizes the cartridge while being crimped so every round will positively chamber freely with factory like dependability The adjusting screw quickly and easily sets the desired amount of crimp. Trim Length is not critical so this extra operation takes less time than it would if cases were trimmed and chamfered. A firm crimp is essential for dependable and accurate ammunition, as it eliminates the problems of poor ignition of slow burning magnum powders.

This thing great! Way better than trying to adjust the factory die , especially if you’re loading different bullets. Gives a great crimp on whatever you use. I have two now. Keep one in the box for just 38spec. And the other set for just 357 mag. I don’t like jumping back and forth. Great product for great price.

Two actions in one: it resizes the case back to factory spec (carbide ring takes care of that) and roll-crimps the case (there is an adjustable steel insert). No complaints about carbide part... the crimping insert is a bit "rough" (not polished) and may scratch the case mouth. Easy to fix / polish and is well worth the money paid for it.

Tried this on previously handloaded die and it did excellent job of eliminating the small imperfections in the brass. There was definite improvement in ease of chambering of losdef tounds.

This die is a great add on to any 3 die set. A must have for firing in revolvers.

Whatever your handgun caliber of choice, this die should be in your reloader's tool chest. No more discovery at the wrong time and place that your reloads wont fit in the cylinder hole or chamber. Whatever incorrect adjustments you or your bullet seating die created, this will fix it. A perfectly fitted bullet every time. You cant go wrong, a worthwhile investment.
Great for ammo that must work!

I usually use this die for all my handgun rounds. I recently did not use it on some .357 reloads and regretted it. The rounds would not fit as the sizing die did size the brass down far or enough - or I was foolish enough not to seat the die completely down in my press. In any event, not all the rounds would chamber in my Model 19, though some would. I ran them through the Lee Factory Crimp die, removing the stem so that just the case would be resized. That worked fime - the bullets were tight in the case and the loaded rounds fit into all of my .357 revolvers. A great product.
The best crimp

This is better than the crimp you can apply with the bullet seating die. Really the only way to go with a tubular magazine rifle.
