Peterson Brass 6x47 Lapua Unprimed Box of 50
Product Information
All 50 count listings of Peterson Cartridge casings come in one of their plastic ammo boxes.
Made in the U.S.A.
Match-Grade is a standard that must be held throughout the entire process of manufacturing some of the most consistent, accurate, and durable brass rifle casings available today. From Peterson's small batch production lines to their quality control department, to your bench, and on to the range. Match-grade is the standard that Peterson strives to achieve so that customers can maintain that standard all the way to the target.
Most competitive shooters know and respect the caliber 6.5x47 Lapua. But there is another community that really likes the necked down 6x47 Lapua. Most 6x47 shooters dread the tedium of having to neck the 6.5 casings down. Problem solved – Peterson Cartridge now offers factory made 6x47 Lapua.
Many shooters like the 6x47 Lapua because it produces faster velocities. Also the recoil is even less than the relatively low recoil 6.5. Some shooters like the 6x47 because they find that 6mm bullets outperform the 6.5 projectiles.
So Peterson Cartridge has released factory-made, properly headstamped 6x47 Lapua casings.
Warning: Only use Peterson Cartridge Co. casings in firearms in good condition, designed, marked, and chambered for this cartridge. Do not use Peterson Cartridge Co casings for “fire forming” or any other purpose other than what they were designed and tested for. Peterson retains no responsibility for the enclosed casings if they are used outside of the manufacturer’s recommendations.
NOTE: All Peterson SRP casings feature a small flash hole in the diameter of 0.060” vs. the 0.080” flash hole found in their LRP casings. This means you will need an X-small/ Undersized Decapping Pin to deprime these casings.
This is not loaded ammunition.

Excellent brass! Every bit as good as the Lapua made brass but with the benefit of not having to neck it down. I'll definitely be buying more.

As most know, the task of forming 6x47L brass from 6.5x47L is tedious, so I was quite pleased to get the Peterson 6x47L brass.
It is of good quality and there is an added bonus that you can store the prepped brass in the containers the brass came in. Win/win.

Good brass. I have reformed Lapua 6.5 X 47 and I
have found that the peterson and the lapua brass both work well and shoot to the same impact point on 10" steel plate at 850Yds. Would buy again

Wow, I just can't say enough good things about Peterson brass. I'm slowly transitioning over to Peterson for all my F-Class calibers. The specs are running better than Lapua and the primer pockets are holding up great after numerus firings. I hope Graf's can expand their selection of Peterson brass and keep the inventory stocked. I see more and more F-Class and PRS shooters using Peterson brass now and that should tell you all you need to know.

By far superior brass for this platform. After multiple reloads brass maintains tight primer pocket and case tolerances.

I bought this brass for my 6x47, I have weighed it, and measured the neck thickness. It weighs within 3 tenths of a grain and the necks are consistent in thickness

This brass is well made and seams to have Lapua quality based on measurement weight and capacity. More testing will tell the whole story.
