 Lee Lead Hardness Tester

Always wondered how to accurately and inexpensively determine lead hardness of bullets I cast. Now I can!
Very easy to use. Readings are easy to duplicate on the same lead sample. That's my definition of consistency.
Laying a bright flashlight perpendicular to the bottom of the microscope makes measurements very easy to see.
Another simple, innovative reloading tool from Lee Precision.

Works great. I had a little trouble everything steady when reading the microscope but that is because I didn't set up on a stable surface. Do it right and it works as advertized

It works just perfectly and it's simply to use. The included instructions were easy to follow. It seems a bit pricy for how simple the thing is, but Grafs had the best price and I'm glad to have it. No more just guessing with the old thumb nail test.
