Extremely consistent dimensions from one piece to another. Peterson must use a different alloy than other manufacturers my neck tensions are very similar from load to load. What’s so special about this particular caliber that it is so over priced?
Even with a problem I'm Impressed and Very Happy

I have tried two different brands of 28 Nosler brass and not happy with them. I have had damaged cases from shipping, cases under SAAMI min. length, varying weights of over 2.0gr. for 50 cases, varying headspace that some don't chamber and varying neck thickness.
Then I purchased from Graf & Sons my first 2-50/boxes of Peterson Cartridge brass. The 100 cases came in couple days or normal shipping time. Both boxes which can and will be used for storage of loaded shells later, came with the same lot number with none of the cases showing any damage and each box came with a slip of paper for feedback with two different ways to contact them . The cases weighed 286.6gr to 288.3 with one at 288.7 and the other at 289.1gr without a flashhole. So I sent an email with a picture to them. A couple days later they sent me email with an apology, asking for address. I decided to call them, again they apologized told me they had a problem with a machine and was sending me 2 new cases , a hat ,couple Peterson Cartridge decals and a list of all different calibers they make. The 2 cases they sent me are in the average wt of the rest. The bass is so uniform from the length being within saami sec. too the headspace only varying. 002 on 97 cases. The flashholes are very uniform and don't have the heart to uniform them because I will enlarge them with my K&M or 21st century uniformer, and the neck thickness is only. 0015 not bad.
Peterson Cartridge is my favorite brass now and is the most uniform brass I work with in a long time. I Thank them for the great customer support.

Been buying Nosler brass for many years. This is my 1st time buying Peterson it has become my new favorite. First off Peterson brass comes with an excellent 50 padded case protecting the heads. Will continue this review once I go through and fire form my cases.

Quality reloads demand quality brass as a foundation. Quit struggling with inferior brass.

This is high quality brass. It’s a thick and beefy case that is very consistent. Plus it comes with an ammo box!

The Peterson brass far exceeds the quality of any other brass I have used in the past 2 years - even Lapua. The brass arrived in great shape, had consistent weights, minimal neck runout, heavier than expected, and perfectly annealed. I will be ordering more Peterson brass in other calibers. Thanks, Peterson!!

Probably the best brass out there. Only ADG comes close to the performance of this brass. Good value.
Forget Lapua

Peterson brass is the cream of the crop. Very well made and produces very consistent brass with specifications that at least match, but in my opinion exceeds the quality of Lapua brass. I can make ammunition as every bit accurate as anyone can no matter who.

Consistency is exceeded

Very consistent from weight to neck thickness. I do ream all primer pockets to consistent depth even though they did not need it. I also ream flash hole which again probably did not need it. I have tried lots of different name brands and have found these to be the best so far. Need more firings on them to know for sure. Price is the key and paying less than other brands but man they are far better. They came in nice 50 count chard case (like a mtm clear case). Annealed very well and will continue to anneal after every firing. Took a little while to ship but because of the covid-19 situation I understand. Just remember to lower loads a little don't go full bore.
Exceeded my expectations for 28Nosler brass

I ordered these a couple weeks ago, and once recieved, I could immediately tell that this brass was going to be far superior to the Nosler and Hornady brass that I have used recently. I randomly selected multiple pieces and checked weight, length, and neck thickness, and they were all very close in weight, exactly the same length, and the neck thickness was also uniform throughout all the pieces I randomly checked. They appear to already have the necks swaged, and I truly could have loaded them right out of the box, because after running 25 cases through my neck sizing die, they came out exactly the same dimensions as they were prior to sizing. Compared to the Hornady and Nosler brass, the Peterson was a little over 20gr heavier per case, and still maintained 99gr of H2O capacity. I loaded 25rds up and took them to the range for testing a couple different loads, and they were very consistent as far as velocity went as well. So far, they're great, and I will stop back after I hit about 3 firings on them, because that is where the Nosler and Hornady started losing primers. If these go past 5 firings with my loads, they're worth every penny.
