We have designed this muzzleloader to be lightweight, easy to shoot and incredibly accurate for a very modest price. It doesn’t matter your experience, the Deerhunter muzzleloader will fit your needs. 24” Octagonal performance barrels have a 1:48” rate of twist and are secured in a rugged synthetic or wood stock for excellent balance and superb handling. The Deerhunter barrels are designed to shoot full bore-sized bullets, saboted bullets and patched round balls accurately. The Williams™ Fiber Optic Metal sights are fully adjustable and give you pinpoint accuracy in regular and low light conditions.
Flints are not included.
This model is .50 caliber and for right-handed shooters.

I really like this rifle for hunting. The stock is synthetic and is not easily damaged or scratched. The 24 inch barrel is great for carrying through brush. It does well with some sabot projectiles at 50 yds., but only about 4" groups with other cast bullets. I intend to experiment with PRBs and other combinations of bullets/powder. The rifle has fired every time I've pulled the trigger ,so far. I purchased this rifle because I thought it was drilled and tapped for scope mounts. I intended to install a receiver sight. My rifle did not come drilled.
